JOB PURPOSE
Our Paid Search (SEA) consultants team is working on helping our clients developing and increasing their online businesses. You do not only run campaigns, but you also act as a business partner for our clients. This means that you’re thinking with the client and you’re consulting them based on marketing needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and carrying on with a resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate objectives into rock-solid strategies;
- Good understanding of how clients can achieve their goals with the help of search engine advertising;
- Implement smart SEA campaigns tailored to their audience’s needs;
- Set up campaigns, analyse results and make adjustments when necessary;
- Constantly automate campaigns.
- Consultative approach to clients with the development and presentation of campaign performance and reports, after all, data is key;

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- A background or relevant education in the digital marketing field;
- At least 1 year of experience with SEA (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Google Analytics, preferably at a digital agency;
- Analytical, flexible and can work independently;
- Can present complex results in clear and understandable language;
- Being directly available to start working in Macedonia;
- Full working proficiency in the English language.
