This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!
JOB PURPOSE:
Our growth continues as we seek an Account Supervisor for our eBay North America account. You will support the client services team in delivering successful campaigns. As Account Supervisor, you will oversee a variety of campaigns, manage the production process end to end, and help lead a client services team alongside global counterparts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage briefs from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery across multiple campaigns.
- Liaise with clients and manage expectations.
- Communicate feedback to designers, copywriters, and developers, while managing team workloads.
- Ensure feedback requirements are met while upholding eBay's brand values.
- Develop a deep understanding of eBay's business, strategies, and objectives, offering strategic advice to become a trusted adviser.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams, overseeing statements of work and proposals.
- Ensure the right team is in place to deliver high-quality results and add value.
- Report back to management on internal and external issues that may impact accounts.
- Maintain a strategic overview of assigned accounts, conducting regular reviews to demonstrate how objectives are being met.
- Delegate tasks effectively to manage projects end-to-end.
- Lead teams, inspiring innovation, quality, and excellence.
- Identify development opportunities within project tasks to maximize team potential.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Agency experience in Client Services, ideally as a Senior Account Manager or a ready-to-lead Account Manager.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital and direct campaigns.
- Highly organized with experience using project management tools and processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Solid understanding of production and interactive processes.
- Commercially driven with experience managing budgets and timelines.
- Proven business development experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong resource management skills with the ability to handle complex issues.
- Experience leading others directly or as a mentor.
