DEPT® Croatia is looking for a People Administrator for our offices in Split/Zagreb.  

Note: Visa or relocation costs are not supported. This position is a full-time position. It is located in Croatia and requires Croatian citizenship. Croatian-speaking applicants who reside in Croatia with a valid work permit are also eligible.

JOB PURPOSE

As a People Administrator, you will create a smooth employee journey experience. You will be responsible for fulfilling processes to make them as easy and pleasant as possible for all stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for cross-site administrative tasks and actively support the teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supporting the organization of on- and off-boarding processes - from communicating the next steps, drafting contracts, to arranging introduction meetings.
- Supporting administration for contract adjustments, certificate creations, and other related tasks.
- Preparing the necessary data for monthly payrolls and optimizing the process.
- Generating relevant reports from our tools.
- Responding to inquiries and providing assistance to new employees (including freelancers).
- Being responsible for updating employee records and ensuring data integrity.
