DEPT® is growing and we are looking for an experienced tech recruiter to join our Americas Talent Team who can successfully help us in finding and bringing in the best people for our Engineering teams.

What will your day be like:

  • DEPT® is growing incredibly fast, it's our job to contribute to this by finding the right people to build the best teams!
  • You will play an important role in devising and implementing ways to attract passive candidates and building and maintaining a network of potential candidates to fill positions with the right candidates.
  • Once you've found these candidates, it's your job to screen, interview and guide them through the entire recruitment process.
  • You are the first point of contact for the candidate: this is a very important role since you will be introducing the candidates to our culture, history and approach to our way of working.
  • Your scope will include -but is not limited to- LATAM and United States. You might occasionally have openings in Canada as well

About You:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and related roles as well as Engineering roles (NodeJS Developers, Mobile Engineers, React Developers, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc);
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (a minimum conversational Upper Intermediate level is required).
  • You are located near one of our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) and are open to working on-site a few days a week.
  • You can work independently but enjoy working in a friendly team environment
  • You have experience approaching candidates in the Americas Region (US, Canada, LATAM).
  • You have prior technical recruiting experience, whether from an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
  • You are skilled at identifying and engaging with top talent at all levels.
  • You focus on giving the candidate the best experience throughout the whole recruiting process
  • Like to know what is going on in the market, and to create talent pools, trends, and reports based on that;
  • Have experience in setting up, preparing and conducting job interviews;
  • Are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve recruitment processes.
  • You are organized and can prioritize your work to align with the changing needs of the business
  • You are comfortable in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities based on the evolving needs of the business
