Integrations Architect 

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering business team in the Netherlands. We combine our technical expertise with our profound understanding of data to deliver hyper personalized digital solutions integrated with the core landscape of our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway.

JOB PURPOSE

As an Integrations Architect, you can design and build: systems integrations, API gateways, custom connectors, ETL processes and other data flow orchestrations on platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure, AWS. Within this role you are a part of our Tech Engineering team and responsible for solutions that we use to integrate various systems, applications and platforms within the technical landscape of our customers. After all, integrations are an essential part of the growing digitalisation of our customers.

By designing, building and implementing software components, you have a lot of influence on the processes that take place within the landscape. Like no other you are familiar with one or more of the platforms mentioned and you know how to use them in the best possible way. Your work is of the highest quality and gives our customers the confidence that everything will run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and build connections between systems;
  • Being an expert of one or more of the platforms mentioned, you know how to use them in the best possible way;
  • You will manage a variety of global digital projects for high-profile brands;
  • You will be laying the technical foundation of integration projects;
  • Influence others to become most successful in our integration projects within multidisciplinary teams;
  • Strive to look for better tools and techniques to introduce into the workplace;
  • Working as a bridge between tech and business;
  • Look beyond your own field of expertise.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid experience working as an Integrations architect; 
  • At least 3 years of experience with Boomi or Mulesoft;
  • At least 3 years of experience with technologies such as Java, Node.js or .NET.;
  • Experience with formats like XML, RAML, SQL, SOAP, JSON;
  • Experience with Integration Architecture concepts, such as API-Led, SOAP, Batch Integration, Pub/Sub, RESTful JSON Services, and microservices;
  • Experience in drafting and applying integration patterns such as one way sync, bi-directional sync, data aggregation, API Gateway pattern, API Management;
  • Basic knowledge of iPaaS providers such as SAP CPI, Oracle Integration Cloud, Outsystems (plus);
  • Working proficiency of English; 
  • Being directly available to work in the Netherlands.
