The Temp Ecommerce Ops Manager will be responsible for the overall site operations and maintenance of our client's North American sites (SFCC), International brands (SFCC, non-transactional) and their Amazon storefronts.
Below are some of the key tasks:
• Continuously monitor, track and optimize onsite speed and performance. Manage different platforms: SFCC, D360, Bolt (payment), Adyen, Noibu, Level (ADA), Shopify, Amazon, to ensure all systems operate smoothly and orders are flowing through in systems, and are being processed and fulfilled on time. (daily 1-2 hours) • Manage different tasks and the relationship with the web development team. Own bi-weekly sprint planning and prioritization in partnership with the EU team; track and maintain development budgets for maintenance and additional projects (1-2 hours/ week) • Point of escalation for all site issues, responsible for creating tickets, monitor and track progress, smoke test releases in production environment. (daily 1-2 hours) • Assist in building reports, retrieving data and KPIs from various platforms and analytics tools (1-2 hours per month) • Partner with Logistics, Customer Service and IT teams on site issues and friction points in the customer journey, identifying immediate fixes (maintaining a CS issue log) and potential opportunities for long term improvement. (Daily 1hour) • Collaborate with internal site merchandiser, logistics, client service and marketing teams, to ensure smooth execution and deployment of all content updates, product launches and flash sales events, including checking and verifying product information, prices and discounts, etc. on the websites. (around 2-3 hours per month, it varies month over month) • Lead internal UAT and QA efforts for frette.com (1-2 hours/ month) • Manage Projects including Apply Pay deployment (ongoing), Amazon Self-fulfilled Prime (ongoing), Website UX/UI enhancement (TBD), etc. (1 hour daily) • Other Ad Hoc ecom or digital projects and assignments as requested
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $50 - $65 hourly. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
