JOB PURPOSE
We are on the lookout for the next, aspiring Search Engine Advertising professional!
During this traineeship we might throw you in at the deep end, but don't worry - we'll arrange life jackets in form of training sessions and workshops covering all digital marketing and consultancy topics. In addition, we speed up your development through intensive one-on-one mentoring. And of course, you'll be part of our SEA team from day one!

Your go-to people are your buddy and your lead. Your buddy will be your day to day support, while your lead focuses on your development, goalsetting and evaluates how you are doing. Besides that, you can count on the support of your colleagues and our People & Culture department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
During this 7 months traineeship you'll collect all the knowledge that you need to become a SEA Consultant. That means:
- Discovering Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics - because working with data is our lifetime;
- Learning how to identify the most important KPI's that fit the client goals, and spot anomalies in Google Ads accounts;
- Creating the best ads, target the right keywords, use bidding strategies in the best way possible, and use automation to your advantage;
- Support during client meetings & contact moments.

- Have an educational background in the field of marketing;
- You have a passion for SEA - you don't want to be just a SEA trainee, you want to become one of the experts in the field! For that, you need to be digitally-minded and up-to date with the latest trends;
