THE ROLE:

Based in Singapore - As the Marketing Manager of APAC you will take on a crucial role in the APAC commercial team, tasked with implementing the regional marketing strategy effectively within their markets. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts, including curating standout client stories, coordinating events, and developing targeted account-based marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute and refine the growth marketing strategy within the APAC region
  • Identify and capitalise on key marketing opportunities to support regional commercial KPIs
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement compelling account-based marketing strategies that enhance lead generation and client engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of campaigns across digital platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing strategies for maximum impact
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency while tailoring messages for regional relevance
  • Manage the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to meet growth objectives
  • Establish strategic partnerships and explore new channels for promoting DEPT®’s services and capabilities within the region
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to inform and adjust marketing strategies as needed
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and the commercial objectives of the region, liaising with commercial leaders and sales teams
  • Track, monitor, and manage marketing KPIs across your markets, delivering regular KPI reports

In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between sales and marketing, playing a crucial role in enhancing DEPT®’s presence and success in the APAC region.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years Senior Marketing experience 
  • Previous work experience across APAC
  • Strong Agency or Technology Industry experience 
  • Ability to demonstrate achieving key commercial performance indicatorsSignificant experience supporting Business Development Directors and Client Directors in driving client growth, fostering cross-sales, and securing new business
  • A leader in advancing Account Marketing for top clients, facilitating cross-selling and up-selling, and executing targeted lead-generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and marketing dynamics at regional levels with the ability to bridge the gap between the two
  • Skilled in accelerating lead generation efforts in alignment with global branding strategies
  • A proven track record in effectively localising global brand initiatives in APAC
  • Strategic focus which enables you to identify ways marketing can contribute to commercial objectives
  • Excellent organisational skills and a commercial mindset
  • Superior stakeholder communication skills allowing you to manage activities in collaboration with global marketing teams effectively.
