JOB PURPOSE

You are passionate about Influencer Marketing, true to the motto: 'i know it, i like it, i love it, i live it' and you show us which influencer trends and insights we have been missing so far.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As our Senior Influencer Relations Specialist (div/f/m) your are guiding our local team of specialists in their daily work on influencer campaigns and take a leading role in client consultation and expertship
  • First point of client contact in regards of their influencer measures
  • Responsibility for the strategic consultation of our clients' influencer marketing, with great emphasis on long-term relationships
  • Creating concrete recommendations for action to take our campaigns to the next level
  • Creation of strategies and concepts together with the expert teams
  • Optimization of processes for influencer handling, contract management, briefing & reporting
  • Professional guidance and development of team members and knowledge transfer
  • Continuous knowledge expansion of the influencer market, social media platforms and trends
  • Analysis and development of relevant KPIs, reporting and budget allocation
  • As an internal contact person, you are in constant exchange with our experts from the various departments

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years of practical experience in the areas of influencer marketing, social media communication and digital media
  • Know social media platforms like Instagram,TikTok, YouTube and Twitch inside out and have successfully completed a degree in media science and/or business administration
  • You are confident in client communication in challenging projects and are able to convince them of your recommendations
  • Have a very good overview of the German and international influencer landscape and are always up to date when it comes to social media trends
  • Work in a very structured and independent manner and are data and performance oriented
  • You can negotiate well and have a strong sense for the interests of both sides - our well-known clients as well as the content creators
  • You like to work towards challenging goals and celebrate them as a team
  • Are a true team player, empathetic and love  guiding and enabling people and share your knowledge with them
  • Speak and write German at a native speaker level & have a very good command of English
