As a Team Lead SEO you bring your team to greater heights with your experience and enthusiasm, and the customer to fantastic online results.
Responsibilities:
People: You are responsible for the personal development of the people in your team. They have ambitions and goals, you can help them to achieve those goals. With a critical eye, you challenge your team members in the field of substantive knowledge, quality and communication, but also in terms of work/life balance and personal development in a broader sense.
Structure and processes: As a Team Lead, you create and monitor the structure the team needs and you help to set up (or adjust) the processes in such a way that your team achieves the objectives and the client is satisfied.
Commercial: You are actively looking at commercial opportunities, not only within SEO but also across channels. You will be able to grow the revenue (for DEPT® and the client) based on the best consultative advice.
Strategy: As a Team Lead you are also responsible for your own clients and projects. You also help out your team members in forming the best SEO (year) strategies. Within this position, however, we expect a more strategic approach to SEO related projects.

YOU:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the SEO world, preferably at a comparable agency;
- Search engines hold no secrets for you. You are familiar with HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML, PHP, various web analysis packages and with various CMS systems;
- Has experience in supervising and coaching colleagues;
- Take time and listen closely to understand the teams needs, but also the individual needs in order to maintain the strong team spirit and motivate each one to the fullest.
- Can switch from serious to play in an instant;
- Masters the English language in word and writing;
- Are analytical, flexible and able to work independently;
- Can present complex results in clear language;
- Have an affinity with social media, advertising and technology;
