As (Junior) Sales Operations Specialist, you will join our multidisciplinary Sales Operations team. Working closely with the Marketing & Sales team, you’ll support the wider business by contributing in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll provide commercially focused support on contracting, administration and requests for information and documents for a variety of potential and existing clients;
  • You're supporting the team in identifying and reviewing tenders and their deadlines/requirements for potential application by thorough scanning of various tender portals. Besides supporting the whole process and final submission, company information and frequently asked questions will be filled in by you;
  • You’re responsible for reviewing incoming leads, managing our CRM system and making sure the data of  our internal information database is up to date at all times;

You:

  • Have finished your HBO-/WO- education in Creative Business, Commercial Economics, Entrepreneurship & Retail Management or something similar (Bachelors or Masters);
  • Are internationally oriented and master the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing;
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Have good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced environment;
  • Are very well organised and able to effectively communicate the status and developments of your work;
  • Are the example of proactivity and result-orientation and you always apply a confident, can-do attitude;
  • Are a great listener and able to identify both a client's needs and that of your colleagues;
  • Can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business leads to conduct a thorough qualification process, providing a detailed handover to the sales team;
  • Are interested in getting to know a a full range of communication techniques, including goal oriented calling, emailing, LinkedIn etc. to build engagement and achieve results;
  • Although full training will be given, experience of Salesforce (or similar sales database) would be beneficial;
  • Are eager to learn and always open to new developments.
