We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive to join our Manchester office. You will be leading a team of digital professionals to support our clients’ global websites and online applications after they go-live.

As Service Delivery Executive, you will be the main point of contact for all DOS clients day to day. Dealing with urgent requests and any change requests, you must be adept at managing and maintaining client relationships and reporting on the status of projects. You will be the key contact for clients, holding regular planning and status calls. You will also be responsible for ensuring delivery tasks and improvements meet committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and DOS releases are completed on time. Create Statement of Works and change requests when applicable, as well as weekly reporting on revenue forecast and monthly invoicing for DOS clients.

You will also work closely with the technical, operational and client services resources to resolve client issues; and, implement processes to help drive the operational and commercial effectiveness of the DOS team. You will manage scheduling resources and team working on your accounts, removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and/or financial performance.
