For our Digital Marketing Project Management team we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can guide our marketing team with what needs to be done, when and why.

Our team of marketing automation experts advises clients on personalizing their customer journey, as we help them to optimize their own media, like e-mail and landingpages, for every phase of the customer journey. Our marketing automation experts advise on strategy, target audience definition, platform selection and implementation, content creation, campaign management and measuring results. 

As a Marketing Automation Project Manager, you intuitively know what our clients need, even if they don't explicitly ask for it. You are good at making schedules, monitoring budgets, and you enjoy meeting or even exceeding client expectations. You can be politically correct, but you can also get to the point when you need to. Furthermore, you are also the main point of contact for our clients – you often have daily contact with them to communicate the progress of the projects. You feel responsible to bring the project to a successful conclusion and to coordinate the deliverables with our clients. As a marketing automation project manager, you are responsible to connect the different elements of our marketing automation expertise into a structured plan of approach. Here you set priorities together with the team and the client, set feasible goals and the right steps towards desired results. You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Hubspot and you know which steps are necessary for the DEPT® team and the client to build personalised customer journeys. 

In short, you are the spider on the webin the web who maintains a clear focus on our project goals and roadmap, who does not shy away from deadlines, who can monitor overviews and budgets and who can coordinate all of this with the clients.

YOU:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in both project management;
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation and implementation of technical marketing solutions;
  • Have experience with automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Hubspot.
  • Know better than anyone how to align with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Have experience on the agency side;
  • Have experience with A-brands and their digital performance issues;
  • Have a university level of thinking and working;
  • Are fluent in English (speaking and writing)/ Dutch is a plus. 
  • Can switch from serious to play in an instant.
