For our fast growing Copenhagen office, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Director, who would love the challenge to build up and develop our Marketing Automation department offering and lead strategically in the right direction.and lead it strategically. What will you be doing?
As Marketing Automation Director your responsibility will consist of three main areas:
Develop our Marketing Automation offering where you will decide and formulate what specific services we will offer to clients, build and manage relations to partners such as key platforms, define ambitions and goals and take a lead role in the commercial effort.
Ensure delivery of this offering to our clients. Typical deliverables include discovery workstreams, platform assessment and selection, formulation and implementation of roadmaps, conduct user journey analysis and design, content work and more. Most of the operational work will be done by Marketing Automation Consultants from our Copenhagen office but also other Dept offices in collaboration with you.
Last but not least, you will build our Marketing Automation department and bring together the right group of people, so we have a fully functional marketing automation team that can deliver high-end and insightful solutions to our clients.
Besides these professional responsibilities we hope and expect you will contribute to the cultural and social development of our growing team of “Depsters” in Copenhagen.
Who are you?
We are looking for you, who have a deep technical and commercial understanding of Marketing Automation. You also understand the clients’ business and digital marketing fundamentals such as tracking, traffic acquisition (organic and paid) channels and analytics and you grasp the relevant parts of our clients’ tech stack.
Throughout your career which includes +5 years of marketing automation experience, you have gained strong organizational and project management skills which are necessary to drive the development of our marketing automation offering. You are already working in a leadership position or aspire to develop yourself in this direction. Clients and colleagues will look towards you as a leader in both strategy, technology and organization.
You have a commercial mind-set, so you always see the next business opportunity for our clients. Together with our seasoned team of strategists, client managers and directors and consultants you will identify and capture these opportunities.
