Role: 

With our fast growth, we are rapidly expanding our people team. We are looking for a smart and empathetic Senior Talent Partner to join us. This person will have great stakeholder management experience, meticulous attention to detail, innovative ideas in DEI, application management etc and know how to work with busy and fast-moving commercial teams. This role will also be responsible for our international hiring across the US and Australia. Your main goal will be to partner with the head of talent and line managers to deliver robust solutions to scaling challenges and bring passionate and capable people into the business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Taking hold of the commercial function as a whole, ensuring the right people are informed and processes are in place.
  • You will be managing one talent partner and working with them to recruit across Digital Growth, Marketing, Customer Experience, People and Finance teams.  Ideally you have experience recruiting more senior level commercial candidates internationally. 
  • An understanding and passion for diversity and inclusion, and knowing how to bring that into the recruitment process, and bring stakeholders along the journey. 
  • Supporting the Global Head of Talent to build both internal and external Talent processes that ensure consistency, fairness and an understanding of the market.
  • Working closely with the People team to ensure smooth approval process, on-boarding and to bring your insights to the People agenda.
  • Scouring the market for the best available talent using both traditional and non-conventional tools (you know that LinkedIn is powerful, but have an insatiable appetite to find new and creative talent attraction channels).
  • Effective stakeholder management; you’ll be dealing with line managers, department leads, the wider People team, and a select vendor PSL.

Requirements

  • Proven track-record in high-volume commercial recruitment in-house using an array of hiring sources and techniques. We hire direct for 98% of open roles.
  • Great management and coaching skills, helping to develop direct reports. 
  • A genuine, caring nature. The ability to build relationships but challenge thinking to improve results.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous about the details.
  • Comfortable juggling competing priorities (with 5 to 15 open roles at any one time) plus extra projects around branding etc. 
  • You care about results, but know how to prioritise your work, understanding that quality comes first.
