We are looking for a Head of CRM to join our world-class team. This person will play a critical role in revamping our re-engagement and retention efforts across all our markets as we want to 3x the performance of this channel in the next 18 months.

As the leader of this function, the Head of CRM will be responsible for setting the strategy, execution and optimisation of our transactional, broadcast and lifecycle marketing strategy through our CRM channels.

This is an extremely cross-functional role and this person will also work closely with other teams such as Creative, Data, Insights, MarTech, Product and Markets. 

Responsibilities  

  • Set the strategic direction and operational framework for our CRM function to deliver on its own goals as well as support many cross-functional goals
  • Be ultimately accountable to the performance of our CRM channels
  • Continuously evaluate and expand our CRM channels and journeys based on audience preferences, business needs and channel effectiveness
  • Represent the CRM team cross-functionally to complement our users’ journeys and tap into re-engagement opportunities
  • Partner with Data and Insights to build a reporting framework and technical infrastructure to unlock new growth opportunities and optimisations
  • Partner up with our Marketing Technology team to build data foundations, automation and set-up new tooling to improve the operations and activities run by the team
  • Partner with Creative to deliver best in class comms that are appropriate for the channel
  • Partner up with Brand marketing and Market teams on strategic digital campaigns and creative assets
  • Manage a growing team of CRM experts with different backgrounds and passions.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party tool providers

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience in CRM/retention/lifecycle marketing experience in global Tech set-ups
  • Extensive broadcast and lifecycle marketing experience with track record of moving towards a more data driven and automated way of managing this function
  • Passionate about delightful user experiences and connected journeys. Previous experience with customer segmentation, user journey mapping, personalization through editorial and automation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills. You have to be fully proficient on CRM metrics across channels and feel comfortable extracting insights from the data
  • Appreciation for the creatives
  • Strong communicator
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Previous management experience of people with diverse skills and backgrounds

Preferences:

  • Previous experience in fashion and marketplaces is a strong plus
  • Insight into Millennial and Gen Z behaviors and attitudes is a plus
  • Previous experience with Braze is a plus
