JOB SUMMARY: The Coordinator/Sr. Coordinator of Ticket Operations will assist the Operations Team in facilitating the ticketing needs for all Empower Field at Mile High’s public events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the successful execution of third-party events by:
- Assisting with management and successful execution of accurate operational initiatives related to third-party events
- Establishing rapport and managing relationships with all third-party promoters to ensure event pricing and manifest adjustments are launched in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing internal request, fulfillment, tracking, etc.
- Supporting financial settlement for third-party events, including but not limited to consignment, etc.
- Providing support and assistance to Coordinators responsible for resolving ticket issues presented at all public events.
- Contributing towards internal education and development throughout the ticketing department related to ticketing systems and infrastructure.
Support Denver Broncos operational initiatives by:
- Supporting ticketing operational initiatives for the Denver Broncos Football Club as directed by leadership.
Contributes to team effort by:
- Completing all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience within Ticketmaster software ecosystem
- Ability to work all home Broncos games, stadium events, client and STM events nights, weekends, holidays
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
- 2+ years experience with operational event build within the Ticketmaster software ecosystem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines for various projects.
- Willing to learn, be creative and have a desire to succeed.
- Fluent in another language. Spanish or ASL preferred but not required.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $41,000 - $65,000. Salary based on assessment of qualifications.
