Our Selection Team serves as the gatekeepers to our organization managing the full-cycle hiring process from application to hire. Working closely with school leaders and other hiring managers, the Recruitment Associate ensures our hiring processes are aligned with our hiring goals, needs, and objectives.

What You’ll Do:
Work collaboratively with school leaders to assess short and long-term talent needs and gameplan on how to efficiently fill those needs
Develop and modify application and selection processes that result in a professional and positive experience for every candidate, and a thorough interview process that instills confidence in hiring decisions
Create systems to track candidates and ensure timely follow-up in each step of hiring process
Creatively collaborate with the recruitment outreach team to identify sourcing needs and on development of recruitment materials
Manage a high volume of resumes and phone screens to empower your ability to find mission fit and skilled applicants for our scholars.
Leverage your organization skills to quickly coordinate candidate interviews for your portfolio of schools
Required Education and Experience
Experience teaching, non-profits, or recruiting is preferred
Experience teaching or recruiting in Texas or New York is also preferred
