We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who will be responsible for organizing, planning and orchestrating integrated campaign offers across every stage in the marketing funnel.  They will understand and analyze performance, and help to create the programs that fill in any gaps or needs to drive conversations and business pipeline.

What You’ll Do 

  • Our ultimate goal as a marketing org is to drive revenue for the business – this individual should be able to develop and articulate the strategy required to support company revenue goals.

  • This includes: 

    • Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs to support the demand generation needs of our sales team – drive demo requests, and improve conversion rates 

    • Create and optimize HubSpot nurture streams based upon areas of interest indicated by web behavior as well as where our next customers are on their customer journey.

    • Implement testing strategies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates.

    • Broadcast our product team’s newest innovations to generate demand within our prospect database and within the marketing and sales market.

    • Work directly with content, creative, and product marketing to execute campaigns across email, owned media, earned media, social, and paid. 

    • Understand where marketing professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to run campaigns that capture new leads into the database.

    • Measure and analyze dashboards to understand where opportunities for further optimization and engagement exists.

  • Can play a key role in building and scaling a demand program as we build the marketing “machine”

  • You’ll be reporting to the Director of Marketing, measured on real KPIs (like qualified sales meetings, and revenue). 

What We’re Looking for:

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field

  • 3-5 years of building innovative, impactful B2B demand generation campaigns, targeting an enterprise audience in B2B SaaS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be an expert in the digital space, including demand generation, SEO, social media and email marketing best practices

  • A data-driven individual able to combine process-oriented thinking and data analysis with creative ideation and strategy development

  • Be able to move from strategic marketing planning to tactical execution of the plan

  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Pardot
