What you’ll do:

Lead and/or support HR deliverables in areas related to onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, rewards and recognition, etc. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Form effective relationships with client groups and act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to management and employees by providing people guidance when appropriate
  • Be responsible for end-to-end employee experience and implementation of talent management and development strategies 
  • Lead the performance management process, including performance reviews and evaluation, IDPs, and performance improvement plans, and coach associates on performance management issues and processes
  • Work in partnership with the global People team teams (like People Ops, Total Rewards, People Partner, DE&I, and L&D) to drive global people projects/initiatives locally and to develop talent solutions to ensure we retain and develop our talent
  • Work closely with management and employees to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. Develop and implement programs to foster employee engagement, recognition, collaboration, and a positive work culture within the organization
  • Develop and implement wellness programs that support employee health and well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health
  • Provide guidance and support in addressing complex people issues by identifying appropriate solutions supporting the company practices thereby demonstrating decision-making and discretion 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations. Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Remain up-to-date on trends and innovative practices the industry and introduce best practices as appropriate for the organization

Qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Around 5 years of experience as a people partner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand group dynamics with demonstrated ability to provide business partnership and build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across a diverse group of leaders with globally distributed teams in complex, highly matrixed organizations
  • Ability to establish credibility and take a consultative approach to strategic partnering
  • Successful track record of implementing HR processes, performance management, employee engagement and recognition practices
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Systemic thinker, able to organize work into plans, balance strategy with strong tactical execution and achieve commitments
  • Team player with a sense of ownership, “get things done” attitude, ability to balance short-term decisions with longer-term vision. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
