We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Intern to support our Product Training & Onboarding functions. As part of the internship program, you will have the opportunity to learn many aspects of the post-Sales organization including the Customer Journey, and Adoption process that supports and drives all Post-Sales initiatives from ramping new Customer Success Managers (CSM), Advertising Specialists (ACS), and Services team members to keeping the organization abreast of product changes and platform enhancements. This is your opportunity to get “under the hood” and see what drives profitability for a software/technology company.
This internship will start on or about May 2021 and run through the end of August 2021. We are flexible with the specific dates.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Success Subject Matter Expert Project (involves working with the CSM Leaders & Product Team) identifying SMEs and coordinating small group Product trainings
- Help with Onboarding; scheduling welcome calls, support creation of welcome kit templates, mock calls etc.
- Maintain Master Product FAQ Document
- SalesHood Enablement Tool maintenance
What we’re looking for:
- Must be enrolled in a 4 year accredited university or graduated no later than May 2021 or be enrolled in a graduate program
- If an undergrad, you must have completed your freshman year
- Should be majoring in any business or marketing discipline
