Demandbase is looking for a GL Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. You'll have the unique opportunity to build processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in the accounting team's ability to scale. The GL Accountant will own various functional accounting areas and gain exposure through ad hoc initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare month-end journal entries
- Collaborate with FP&A and other cross-functional departments to ensure completeness of accruals • Assist in preparation of the monthly flux analysis for management review
- Work closely with audit teams on required deliverables
- Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis to accommodate our rapid growth
- Play a pivotal part in assisting to reduce the time it takes for month end close
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Big 4 audit experience a plus
- Netsuite or Intacct experience a plus
- CPA is a plus
