We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter with deep sales recruitment experience to join our team! You will be working primarily on Sales and Customer Success roles but may be assigned other requisitions as workload permits.
What you’ll be doing…
- Point person for all sales and customer success recruiting and other non-engineering roles as assigned
- Leading new position intake meetings with Hiring Managers
- Facilitating interview team kick-off meetings with new hiring teams
- Proactive recruiting using LinkedIn and AI driven sourcing tools
- Resume review for incoming applicants
- Conduct initial recruiter phone screens
- Coordinate/schedule Hiring Manager phone screens
- Leading debrief sessions with hiring teams
- Coordinating candidate reference checks
- Participating in crafting offers
What we’re looking for…
- 5+ years as an in-house Recruiter
- 3+ years recruiting for Sales roles at a rapidly growing SaaS company
- Should have at least 2+ years in prior roles (looking for success and stability)
- Prior experience using Greenhouse ATS is a huge plus
- You should have experience carrying at least 10 requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent references are a must
