THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will:

  • Oversee strategy and roadmap for multi-million SEM activity across keyword search, app promotion, display and video
  • Manage, coach and drive career growth for a high performing team of SEM Specialists
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with other marketing channels on broader strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with search engine partners such as Google and Bing to ensure that best practice is implemented across all activity and the team is included in all relevant new products/features
  • Lead quarterly and yearly forecasting for the channel
  • Stay on top of new technologies and investigate automation potential and/or vendor solutions to enhance the channel
  • Regularly interact with senior stakeholders and local marketing teams to update on performance and understand priorities at a global level
  • Drive implementation of automated bid management and ensure tracking is up to date
  • Lead testing efforts across creative, targeting, bidding strategies and keyword management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record on managing Paid Search campaigns in different languages across multiple geographies
  • Extensive SEM work experience required, including experience directly managing a SEM team
  • Experienced in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, AdWords Editor & Bing Ads Editor
  • Obsessed with driving marketing performance and ROI
  • Excellent multi-tasker and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by constant growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with AdWords Scripts and Search Engine APIs
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Google Analytics and SQL
