The Special Projects Associate will be responsible for:

  • From brainstorm to execution, and all the steps in between, managing and supporting the operations of a specific project and the relationship with our key restaurant partners.

  • Driving restaurant performance by analysing performance data and presenting reports and recommendations; working with partners to expand their business through additional “virtual menus”.

  • Liaising with the Marketing team to ensure that we execute marketing strategy optimally. Gather learnings to recommend a winning marketing plan to support Special Projects growth.

  • Liaising with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies.

  • Processing of invoices into accounts payable template and liaising with our suppliers.

  • Timely new sites launch tracking and recordkeeping. Document maintenance and organization.

  • Assisting the Special Projects Manager with any ad hoc administration tasks as required as well as any type of ad-hoc analysis.


As an ideal candidate, you’ll have an eye for detail, a knack for problem solving and a willingness to hit the ground running.

  • 1-3 years experience in account management or sales. Management/strategic consulting and/or banking backgrounds will also be considered.

  • Driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial and proactive individual - willing to expand your own job scope.

  • You need to love food (as in really love food), restaurants and tech start-ups.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all essential duties, excellent attention to detail, good at managing your time, good at managing internal relationships across departments

  • Hands on personality, fast learner and keen to get involved in a multi-facet fast growing projects

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, self-starter work environment, able to meet deadlines and able to influence

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial and proactive individual
