  • Understand the relative positioning of Deliveroo amongst competition.
  • Benchmark performance of logistics and marketplace players.
  • Embed competitive tactics in daily/weekly decision making.
  • Data collection, analysis, strategy formation and coordination between different units.
  • Data synthesis of competitors’ strategy on customers, restaurants, riders.



  • Strong business understanding of key intel points to drive down short term and long term decision making.
  • Technical ability to automate data collection.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in business intelligence or competitive intel unit.
