Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery. We’re a British tech business, founded in London in 2013. Our online delivery platform joins up customers who want great food, restaurants who seek additional revenue and riders looking for well-paid, flexible work.

Customers order via our app from one of our partner restaurants, the vast majority of whom had never considered deliveries before Deliveroo. Riders then collect the prepared food and deliver it to the customer by bicycle or scooter.

We operate in over 140 towns and cities across the UK, employing over 600 software engineers and employees in our UK headquarters, working with more than 8,000 partner restaurants and engaging with 15,000 riders.

And that’s just what we’re like at Deliveroo, no compromise allowed and lots of food inspired challenges to get your teeth into. Out of the box thinking is actively encouraged and we move quickly to make great ideas happen.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Delivering the rider onboarding process in markets as specified by the Supply team
● Providing great customer service and a smooth experience to rider applicants
● Maximising the number of applicants who complete onboarding once they’ve begun
(without sacrificing on quality or compliance) and reducing the end-to-end time
● Relaying competitor insights and rider feedback to the Area Manager, both proactively
(when they arise) and on request. Rider feedback could include feedback on the
onboarding process or Deliveroo more broadly
● Providing local feedback on onboarding processes - what’s working? What are the
pain points?
● Supporting other in-market Operations activities when requested (e.g., organising
engagement events, delivering marketing materials, resolving urgent rider queries)
