Responsibilities 

  • Operational management of a Rider Onboarding Centre, responsible for London Rider Supply.
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of Rider Supply Staff.
  • Drive Supply associates on KPIs and sales targets.
  • Operational performance management of the site.
  • Management and implementation of rapidly developing recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Love good food!
  • You have experience in the field of operations or recruitment.
  • Management experience of a team.
  • Management of sales team a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You always manage to find a solution to every problem.
  • You have a very strong, "can do" attitude.
  • Experience in the startup world is a plus.
