The Account Executive will provide crucial support to the Account Management team at Deliveroo. The  Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing restaurant partnerships on Deliveroo. This role involves optimizing restaurant operations, developing and presenting growth strategies, and enhancing partner visibility on the platform. Additionally, the Account Executive focuses on strengthening customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and improving internal processes for greater efficiency. This position requires expertise in strategic account management, client relationship building, data analysis, and portfolio management to drive success for both partners and the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic support.
  • Address and resolve partner issues related to logistics, service quality, or platform usage
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics
  • Maintain and update data in the company CRM system
  • Drive participation in promotions, campaigns, and exclusive initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve restaurant branding on the platform
  • Ensure revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Expand partnerships by identifying new business opportunities and initiatives
  • Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations
  • Use data to track progress, measure impact, and drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Strong Relationship Management Skills 
  • Proactive & Goal-Oriented 
  • Team Player
  • Fluency in Arabic and English required
  • Strong analytical skills (Looker/Power BI/Tableau and Excel is a plus)
  • Experience in the food delivery, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is a plus
