The Role

We’re looking for talented people to join our Partner Support Team (for a 12-month maternity cover) that help to keep our restaurant partners happy and satisfied.

The Partner Support Team is the restaurants’ primary point of contact for any questions they may have. We are in charge of providing 360 degree assistance to queries, and guarantee the best possible experience with Deliveroo.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying trends in performance and conducting root cause analysis (e.g. agent productivity)
  • Managing a team
  • Helping plan, execute and oversee projects, coordinating resources, managing timeline, and ensuring successful outcomes while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Support the fulfillment of your team’s daily and weekly targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • A good level of IT competence in particular Windows Office (Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to use Looker data platform is highly appreciated
  • Proficiency in English
  • Be proactive and eager to learn
