The Role: 

The Corporate SDR will be an integral part of our sales team in the UAE, with a primary role of generating and qualifying new leads, enabling our senior BDMs to increase their meetings and sign-ups. It will be heavily outreach focused and requires someone with a real hunter mentality, who is confident to pick up the phone and engage with corporations, generating new opportunities for the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with BDMs to build targeted call-lists across different zones and sectors in the UAE
  • Growing our sales pipeline by identifying and accessing key decision makers within target companies and scheduling meetings for BDMs
  • Prospecting predominantly through cold-calling, along with some emails and networking, and pitching DfW’s services to potential clients
  • Hitting assigned KPIs that will include a certain number of outreaches per week and qualified opportunities per month
  • Utilising Salesforce to track, manage, and report on all sales activities and outcomes
  • Sharing best practises with the sales team and providing recommendations to enhance sales efficiency
  • Accompanying BDMs to client meetings whenever required and providing sales support, such as putting together customised pitching decks and quotations
  • Assist Team Leader with any other ad hoc tasks that fall within DfW’s scope, such as admin, marketing, data analytics, reporting, etc

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful outreach and specifically cold-calling
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Self-motivated, quick-learner, and able to take initiative when working autonomously
  • Team-player, determined, and enjoys having an impact within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor degree preferred
