What you'll do
  • Provide the best-in-class onboarding and partner experiences in every stage
  • Assist our restaurant partners by answering enquiries through hotline and emails
  • Create and edit menus for our restaurant partners
  • Ensure data accuracy when maintaining restaurant records 
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Proactively providing feedback to help improve our restaurant partner's experience
What you'll need
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or equivalent 
  • Excellent skills in English and Cantonese, proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing
  • Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
  • Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
