Signature is Deliveroo's white label solution, enabling partners to develop their own online channels and engage directly with their customers. Partners can control their order journey – telling their story directly to customers – while leveraging Deliveroo's technology platform, logistics network, and consumer care to facilitate deliveries.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of the Deliveroo Signature vertical, assisting in defining long term strategy, providing central support for business development for some of our largest Global Restaurant and Grocery partners and working with all markets, central functions and product teams as a sector knowledge expert.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role calls for a combination of deep stakeholder management, strong focus on process, critical thinking and excellent written and oral communication. You should be comfortable in an evolving and fast paced environment, love solving problems, and being able to quickly adapt to new areas. Areas you will be working on include:

  • Strategy: you will work closely with the Global Head of Signature to define strategy for the business both from a local and global perspective
  • Deal development: as one of the leading experts on the topic, you will work with local commercial teams on highly complex negotiations, dealing directly with restaurants, grocers, and third parties to optimise value and ensure deals can be delivered
  • Building cross-functional solutions: Success in this role will require the development of effective working relationships with senior leaders across management, marketing, engineering, operations, legal and commercial teams across Deliveroo. You will work closely with product to identify and execute on future improvements and developments and co-creating the roadmap with tech
  • Partner success and future improvements: Leading the Partner Success Strategy for Signature by creating successful account management frameworks, systems and processes to drive partner success, reviewing business performance, and identifying areas for improvement across all markets we operate in


  • Experience in a high velocity, deal-based environment (e.g., Investment banking, private equity, consulting)
  • Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation and communication skills whether face to face, or through video, phone or email
  • Confident working with and analysing data - able to cut through the noise to understand what performance improvements will help grow your partners whitelabel channel, in order to make clear and actionable recommendations
  • Able to create ideas and strategies to drive growth of our joint business with our partners, with a willingness to trial at pace
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
