Mission

The Partner Lifecycle team is on a mission to transform B2B experiences with Deliveroo, from  onboarding, first order and ongoing support interactions with partners. The partner lifecycle team is formed of engineers, data scientists, UX designers, product managers and partners B2B Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Commercial teams (central and local). Our vision is to attract new and retain existing partners with the best selection for customers for all food occasions through automation.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join this domain and play an integral role in achieving our company’s growth plans.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager, Partner Platform & Data, you’ll secure insights and deeply understand our partners (restaurants, groceries, pharma etc) and commercial users’ needs (marketing, sales, account management) with particular emphasis on using data to drive new selection:

  • Lead a squad of ~8 engineers and partner with other key disciplines including Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Market Intel and so on.
  • Build a data-led strategy that enables the usage of our total addressable partner market
  • Leverage data to unlock new revenue channels and ways of working for the business including exclusivity
  • Develop reporting strategy across all aspects of the partner life-cycle including acquisition, new partner experience and support
  • Led new platform launch workstreams that enables operational excellence 
  • Work with other product teams such as Grocery, Care, Consumer, Rider and so on

Requirements

  • You will be comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams and have solid commercial experience and understanding
  • Understand how Objectives Key Results are used to drive teams towards common goals and high-impact outcomes
  • You will have or need to develop a deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools.
