Overview to Role

As a Program Manager within our newly formed Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the overall development of either our Sales, Restaurant Success, or Restaurant Service team globally. You will own the end to end vision for this vertical and collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Technology and Enablement teams to deliver strategic projects which accelerate efficiency and effectiveness of on the ground teams. This is a key role in our global commercial organisation - we’re looking for people that are capable of building or transforming fast growing Sales, Customer Success or Customer Service operations.

What you'll be doing

You will be finding solutions to the biggest challenges faced by our commercial teams globally. You’ll own and drive high impact projects across the breadth of the commercial organisation  - example activities include:

  • Owning the vision for the Sales, Account Management or Restaurant Support team globally
  • Developing the GTM processes required to drive your function function across Deliveroo at scale from a people, process and technology perspective.
  • Defining, building, and delivering on strategic projects to improve the commercial performance of this team
  • Collaborating closely with our Sales Technology and Enablement teams to define and deliver new process and tooling to either Sales, AMs or Support teams
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify longer term trends and gaps in the performance of your vertical
  • Being the ‘voice’ of the Sales, AM or Restaurant Support teams in our 12 international markets globally - driving the agenda with other central teams 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 4-5 years experience working in consulting, strategy, or business operations related role
  • Have demonstrated a track-record of problem solving at speed
  • Is extremely competent with data and can use it to understand problems and identify solutions
  • An understanding of a GTM function and the levers that drive its success
  • Is highly comfortable communicating to exec level leadership
  • Can prioritise effectively as well as lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently


  • Experience in a top-tier consultancy or in the strategy function of a top-tier corporate
  • Excellent modelling skills (incl. advanced Excel and Tableau or similar)
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others one to one and in wider groups
  • Effective presentation skills in terms of speed and quality of output
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft a clear and concise memo
