The Role

Deliveroo’s Global Creative Studio is looking for a highly organised Project Manager to help manage projects large and small across our business. . As the studio project manager, you will be responsible for working across CRM, marketing, brand strategy, design and creative strategy projects. Your core role will be to work directly with the Studio Operations Team. You will report to the Head of Studio Operations and sit within the Global Creative Studio Team. 

To be successful as a project manager, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills with excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills. Deliveroo is a fast-paced environment which requires flexibility and the ability to manage cross functional teams. 

This is a very exciting and unique time to join our Global Creative Studio as we go through a period of growth and as such we are looking for a highly organized individual with a solutions focused attitude and drive to get things done. The ideal candidate is an adept problem-solver who will be responsible for keeping track of hectic schedules, evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders. 

About You

  • 3-5+ years relevant project management experience.
  • Experience working with project management software. 
  • Proven track record of delivering end to end large and small scale projects
  • Experience managing, tracking and negotiating budgets across projects with internal and external partners. 
  • Working with multi-level procurement systems and requisition teams. 
  • Strong project management skills and experience working across a variety of methodologies. 
  • Excellent at cross functional communication and management. 
  • Project management certification is a plus. 
  • Excellent organisational, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies.
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You are comfortable with fast-changing organisations and ambiguity - you thrive off the opportunity, and are resilient to change.
