About the role
Reporting to our People Strategy & Organisational Effectiveness Director, you will have the opportunity to work on people strategy initiatives across employee growth and development, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and organisational design and operating model. This is a permanent role with high visibility and huge potential to drive significant change.
We’re looking for someone who can employ thought leadership and high EQ to design programs and solutions that support a high-functioning, sustainable organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with the team on projects to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness as our business scales.
- Managing large scale Learning & Development initiatives.
- Working with the People Team, our business functional, and globally across our markets to deliver sustainable change from your work
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and how they might be addressed through People initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Best-in-class strategy consulting or organisational management experience
- Strong ability to develop highly effective partnerships across all levels, applying influence without using formal authority to deliver results
- Demonstrated communication, facilitation, and project management skills
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Solid analytical skills

The global food market is valued at £7.7 trillion but only 1% of it is currently online. Contrast that with the digital disruption of countless other industries - from banking and travel to retail and communications - it's clear that our journey in the food sector has only just begun.
