What you'll be doing:

You'll collaborate with the most exciting and highly-regarded restaurants across Australia, partnering with our restaurants to grow their business and ours. Ultimately, you'll own the success of brands in your portfolio which will involve:

  • Operational acumen: you'll drive improvements across brand, franchise and store levels by proactively problem solving and experimenting with new approaches
  • Growth: you'll drive commercial growth for your portfolio through launches, negotiating contracts and partnering with internal and external marketing teams
  • Relationships: you're the go-to person for your portfolio. You'll provide data, insights and drive commercial discussions with restaurant partners at HQ and franchise level

Skills you'll need:

  • Multi-talented: you'll be working across operational and commercial objectives, therefore requiring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical and executional ability
  • Builder: Experience building relationships and managing a portfolio of accounts, preferably in the technology and/or hospitality industries
  • Tech-savvy: Understanding of technology solutions, including whitelabel offering, POS integrations, and new product offerings
  • Expertise: Ability to quickly learn and persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients
  • Savvy: Marketing, merchandising, operational expertise preferred.
  • Empathic: Strong presentation and communication skills combined with the ability to understand our partners.
  • Tenacious: You will need to be self motivated and invested in the success of your portfolio
  • Process Oriented: Ability to identify and solve problems quickly, troubleshoot, and drive to a solution while fostering best practices
  • Creative: Ability to adapt our solution for each client’s needs
