What you'll be doing:

As a member of our restaurants team, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of multiple sites of some of our largest restaurant partners. You will work directly with partners HQ and franchise owners to seamlessly add new sites into the Deliveroo platform, providing excellent customer service and building collaborative relations with some of our key partners. You’ll collaborate closely with other members of our Enterprise team to ensure those restaurants are set up to be successful, maximising their potential from the start of their relationship with Deliveroo.

The role will involve:

  • Liaising with enterprise brands for onboarding requirements and co-ordinating salesforce requirements for onboarding
  • Ensuring timely dispatch and installation of tablets for enterprise sites
  • Coordinating any store training requirements for setup
  • Arranging POS and menu integration for new stores
  • Coordinating for new stores to be added to existing partner reporting
  • Providing excellent restaurant support throughout the onboarding process
  • Ensuring restaurants are fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership

Skills you'll need:

You'll be hungry, ambitious and motivated to work within a fast moving environment. You'll also have the below approach:

  • Outgoing and a strong communicator whether face-to-face, through phone or email
  • Strong organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise between them
  • Experience and confidence in talking to multiple customers
  • Ability to take ownership and work within demanding targets
