Purpose of Job: 

Taking the lead of Deliveroo UAE’s Business Development team, tasked with signing up UAE’s best restaurants and chains. Motivating and coaching the team to consistently perform and achieve their targets you have set. 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings with high profile F&B groups for new business, lead negotiations;
  • Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders;
  • Define and lead our Business Development strategy in the UAE across different cities; 
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of 4-8 sales managers;
  • Periodically report on performance to senior management



  • Education - BSc/BA in business or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable
  • Experience - 5+ years sales experience, 1+ year managing >3 direct reports, preferably within a high growth company
  • Skillset - Strong analytical skills; well-organized with excellent leadership qualities;
  • Knowledge required - Previous experience of the UAE restaurant industry is a plus;
  • Characteristics - Highly motivated self-starter capable of driving yourself and your team to achieving targets
