Purpose of Job: 

The Sales Development function is responsible for bringing the best Abu Dhabi based restaurant partners to Deliveroo.


As a BDM you’ll be responsible for signing up and helping to on board the city’s best restaurants and chains. You will be joining one of the fastest growing start-ups in the world, surrounded by a top-notch team of enthusiastic self-starters that are passionate about delivering a fantastic service and contributing to the exciting journey that Deliveroo is on.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring top restaurant partners by thinking outside the box

  • Ensuring the restaurants are on boarded and set up for success on the Deliveroo platform.

  • Reporting progress and next steps frequently



  • Education - BSc/BA in business or related field is preferred

  • Experience - min 2 years sales, preferably within a high growth company

  • Skill set - proven negotiation skills, well-organized and a fantastic communicator 

  • Knowledge required -  Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus

  • Language requirements - fluency in Arabic and English
  • Characteristics - self-starter, capable of driving yourself to your targets every month
