What you'll be doing: 

The role of Editions Commercial Manager involves working with nearly every single function in the company (marketing, ops, account management...etc). As Editions play a key and central role in the country's commercial strategy, being involved in such a high visibility, high output position is challenging, but highly rewarding. This position entails working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), managing partner relationships, and being the ultimate owner of the commercial output of the Deliveroo Editions portfolio, which includes some of the biggest and most impactful brands on the platform. 

Editions is also the proving ground for some of the new and exciting ideas to be implemented across the business, which means that there will always be new challenges and problems to solve, making the remit constantly evolving and set the opportunity to be exposed to new and exciting things, constantly. This role will involve: 

  • Managing a portfolio of key restaurants with focus on building relationships and increasing profitability

  • Driving restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth potential

  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to engage support for activities aimed to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate)

  • Adhere to internal processes to streamline administrative support

  • Work closely with H.O. Editions to implement the business unit's commercial strategy goals 

  • Execute and operationalize on various ad hoc projects and initiatives that serve the wider business 



  • 3-5 years working experience, ideally in a commercial environment where you have to deal with many clients / customers

  • Good knowledge of the restaurant industry

  • You must be outgoing and a strong communicator whether face to face, through phone or email

  • You must be commercially minded and results oriented

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to create and maintain relationships

  • Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice

  • Strong project manager, able to manage multiple work-streams and stakeholders simultaneously
