Deliveroo Hong Kong is looking for an innovative and tech-savvy digital marketer to build, grow and manage our digital marketing strategies and activities across paid and owned channels. As a member of the marketing team, s/he will champion the strategy and owns the outcome of our digital marketing investments. The successful candidate should have proven track record in the field of digital marketing, and is familiar with data-driven marketing technologies and performance-based marketing investment decision making. This marketer needs to be passionate about measuring results and ROI, and not driving short term results at the expense of long term gain. S/he knows the technical infrastructure of digital advertising spaces and is known for testing and innovating in new areas and leveraging opportunities to scale programs based on results. S/he also needs to be a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, an enthusiastic problem solver who can earn trust and possess strong sense of accountability to deliver results.
Digital Marketing Strategy | Work closely with our HQ Central Teams to localise our global strategies for Deliveroo Hong Kong & APAC markets, be a strong advocate for cultural localisation to maximize relevance and impact of our campaign creative across all markets, and partner with the Central Team to meet effectiveness and efficiency goals. Review and iterate our global performance marketing and customer relationship marketing strategies - adapt them to our local growth strategy.
Digital Marketing Program Development & Innovation | Drive digital marketing innovation with media, restaurant and external partners to accelerate new customer acquisition, demand generation and customer engagement programs for Hong Kong.
Digital Marketing Program Deployment & Optimization | Drive growth through continual optimization of social content and targeting for Hong Kong. Work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Central Team of professionals in search, paid social, video and display to coordinate HK & APAC campaigns through our global processes. Teach others about performance-based program opportunities.
Data Analytics & Measurement | Collaborate HQ Central Team to define correct data framework to measure input and output KPIs, and to define & measure the quality of new customers and down-stream impact. Actively mines campaign performance data for learnings and insights to inform optimization and future campaigns. Represents team at business reviews and owns reporting for business leaders.
Stakeholder & partner management/ influence | Develops strategy and programs with internal/ global partners, advocating best practices and building strong relationships. Identifies and recommends new automation opportunities, tools, products, and placement locations, using customer data, knowledge of stakeholder goals and business goals.
Develops and executes marketing programs with minimal manager oversight, managing multiple projects effectively at the same time.

10+ years of career achievement in marketing (with demonstrated financial results and business impact), of which a minimum of the most recent 6+ years in digital marketing, with proven capability in performance-driven marketing disciplines e.g. SEO, SEM, DSP, DMP, etc.
Entrepreneurial minded, able to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support
Strong learning agility, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments, able to prioritize and manage multiple digital marketing programs simultaneously
Self-starter, problem-solver with attention to details
In-depth knowledge of marketing technologies and Hong Kong & APAC digital landscape
Global brand or local blue-chip in-house experience preferred but will also consider strong candidates in IC roles from global media agencies
Native Cantonese speaker, good written & spoken English
Comfortable with advanced Google Sheets/ Excel, data dashboards and capable of data mining to perform analysis to develop/enhance digital marketing program
Experience with clickstream analysis, attribution, web analytics, A/B testing, SEO and other digital marketing activities a strong plus
Experience in food delivery APP, eCommerce, restaurant or other relevant categories a plus
