Product Management at Deliveroo takes many forms, and involves many facets. We’re a consumer-facing brand, with websites and mobile apps which help customers find great quality food which can be brought to them to satisfy their needs any time day or night. We’re a logistics company, directing a fleet of drivers around major cities across the globe using a dedicated native app. We’re a partner to restaurants, who see us as a way to unlock access to new customers and thus maximize the revenue of their existing business. And we’re a home for numerous internal teams building internally facing tools for customer service, finance, and others, to keep the operation afloat.
This role will specialise in building the future of Deliveroo Customer Care, ensuring that when a customer has an issue it is resolved in the best possible way to drive long term customer retention. The product suite is still in its infancy and we are looking for a candidate that will be able to build a strong vision and direction to truly own the product space. The Customer Care product suite covers both tools that allow our Customer Care agents to resolve customer issues, as well as consumer-facing self-service help within our apps and website.
As a l product manager you will lead some of our most complex and high priority projects at Deliveroo. You’ll be responsible for delivering high standard projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple product teams. You will have the opportunity to manage other PMs and help shape Deliveroo’s function and org changes.
You have experience in online product management, partnering with engineers and product designers, overseeing a dedicated team and leading product prioritization, the roadmap, and delivery of user-facing functionality

You'll use your significantly above standard analytical & technical skills and your ability to challenge and be challenged on a numerical basis to ensure your decisions are well-founded
You understand how to run A/B and multivariate tests, using customer data to drive decision-making, and are willing to question your assumptions on a regular basis
