The Role

As Rider Suport Manager you will be responsible for the Rider Support team. Your team provides offline support (email) for all 8000+ Deliveroo riders in Belgium and is responsible for their administration, payments and insurance. You are part of the Belgian Operations team and report directly to the Operations Director. 

You are responsible for:

  • Managing a team of four;
  • Managing your team’s daily tasks and priorities;
  • Monitoring service KPIs like Rider satisfaction, first response time and full resolution time;
  • Quality control of the Rider support team;
  • Manage incoming Rider queries via Zendesk (email);
  • Improving Rider support processes;
  • Managing partnerships with insurance companies, company counters, accountants, …;
  • Rider payment and compensation;
  • Providing support on complex administrative topics like: social law, annual tax declaration, insurance, rider contracts, ...;


  • French or Dutch native speaker, fluent English;
  • 2-5 years of previous profession experience;
  • You are solutions oriented;
  • Have good organization skills;
  • Good project management;
  • Analytical skills and Excel experience;
  • Previous experience with social law, taxes and insurances is a plus;
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn;
  • Has a real get up and go attitude.
