THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing EU, you will:

  • Own and execute our global affiliate marketing program and strategy
  • Formulate and adhere to affiliate marketing best practice
  • Drive new customer growth and build the channel to one of the most significant acquisition channels at an international scale
  • Manage our relationships with affiliates globally
  • Work with our international marketing teams to recruit and expand our affiliate network
  • Build a best in class network of high quality affiliates
  • Work closely with our partnerships team to identify commercial opportunities
  • Measuring, monitoring, and analyzing past performance to identify optimization opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of building affiliate marketing programs
  • Thorough understanding of different affiliate marketing models
  • Commercial negotiation experience
  • Obsessed with driving marketing performance and ROI
  • Extremely data driven with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasker and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by constant growth
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Technical understanding of JavaScript tags and online measurement
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and preferably SQL
