THE ROLE
The role of the Head of Global Ops Development is to build a team of experts, experts on everything from how to strengthen our rider brand to how to set rider fee rates.
The Head of Ops Development must determine what activities are best executed centrally for all markets, set up the central teams that will execute these activities and manage them on an ongoing basis.
In addition, where an activity is best executed locally, the Ops Development team will be responsible for ensuring we have best-in-class processes and that our local teams are set-up for success in executing them. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute centrally where approprirate
  • Set best practices (processes, tools and resource)
  • Provide training on best practices
  • Track adoption of best practices and refine based on feedback
  • Provide input and advice on Ops Strategy & Planning and Heads of Regional Ops.
  • Input into Product feature design 
  • Understand and communicate relevant Tech updates to the Central Op Managers and to the markets. 
  • Act as single point-of-contact for the market heads of functions, providing regular touch-points for sharing information between central and local teams and across local teams from different markets.

  • Reports to Director of Global Delivery Ops
  • Team of 5-10, likely to grow quickly

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years' experience in a top-tier consultancy
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides
