YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicating with B2B clients via email
  • Keeping up to date with our products and policies
  • Collaborating closely with colleague across the entire international business
  • Delivering high quality service to our clients in line with department KPIs
  • Troubleshoot reported production issues and resolve them
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal channel, ensuring timely response and testing and communicating the resolution
  • Providing resolutions to queries in a timely matter

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in B2B support or customer support.
  • Preferably, previous experience in the online gambling industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira
  • Experience using CRM or other ticketing system (Zendesk, Freshdesk etc..)
  • Proficient computer user, adept at navigating websites and online software.
  • Flexible team player capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and prioritize multitasking workloads.
  • Availability and flexibility for shift work, working during weekends and holidays
