YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Integration Infrastructure:

  • Focus on designing and managing integration systems that ensure seamless data flow between various platforms.
  • Continuously enhance integration processes by staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices.

API Communication:

  • Leverage your expertise in API integration to enable efficient and secure data exchange across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth API integrations without delving into deep software engineering tasks.

B2B Client Interaction:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for B2B clients, understanding their integration needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support successful integration outcomes.

Integration Structure:

  • Architect scalable integration solutions that align with business goals, focusing on system efficiency rather than software development or engineering management.

Integration Documentation:

  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for integration processes to guide both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting any changes in integration practices or requirements.

Problem Resolution with Clients:

  • Address integration issues quickly and effectively, working directly with clients to ensure a smooth resolution process.
  • Provide continuous support to clients after implementation to maintain integration quality.

Log Analysis and Cloud Services:

  • Proficient in reading logs and using tools like OpenSearch to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and experience with SSH for accessing and managing logs. Experience with K8s is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Manager or in a similar client-facing integration role, with a strong focus on API integration.
  • Experience with KAFKA is a plus.
  • Understanding of the sports betting industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
