YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a dedicated end-to-end Testing Team, responsible for the final stage of new feature development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for end-to-end testing. Define testing scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
  • Create detailed test plans that outline testing activities, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing plans.
  • Oversee the design and execution of test cases, ensuring they cover all functional and non-functional requirements. Identify Automation grade test cases.
  • Establish processes for defect tracking, prioritization, and management. Work closely with Product team to define priority and feasibility.
  • Define, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts and team productivity.
  • Act as a focal point between the QA team and other departments, such as development, product management, and operations. Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential risks related to product quality and testing activities, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Strong capability in preparing and presenting detailed QA reports, metrics, and analyses to stakeholders. This involves summarizing QA activities, test results, defect tracking, progress against milestones, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that testing processes adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements. Maintain documentation related to testing processes, results, and methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present progress and gather feedback to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English is required.
  • 5+ years in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on end-to-end testing.
  • 2+ years in a lead or similar role within a QA team.
  • Practical experience in testing various aspects of web applications, including UI/UX, functionality, cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and APIs (e.g., JSON, XML).
  • Proven experience in building and implementing QA processes and procedures, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of various software testing methodologies.
  • Expertise in different testing tools, frameworks, and defect tracking tools.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, present findings and report on project status.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Familiar with the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, as well as experience with DevOps practices, is an advantage.
  • Experience with Postman or any of API testing tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic database queries to validate data.
